Our document “Carta dei Servizi” describes the quality guidelines and the parameters of the telecomunication services offered by Level7 to our customers.

This docucument specifies the customers’ rights in relation to the services, following what has been stated in the general directive (Delibera 179/03/CSP) in regards to the “qualità e carte dei servizi di telecomunicazioni” and of the directive 156/23/CONS.

This document is a tool of transparency that we provide to our customers, that is put on the side of “Condizioni Generali di Abbonamento e di Contratto”, to which directly references for any further information and for any more in depth analysis of the contractual aspects.
