The PRIS (Pushing Rural Infrastructures with novel Services) replicator is targeted toward rural areas where the adoption of 5G networks and the availability of services could not always well deployed due to customer density or business issues. Indeed, national and large network operators do no invest resources into those areas because there is a low margin or a risk in regards to the return of investment as well as the availability of infrastructure is complex and expensive and at the same time the rural area is not dense enough to guarantee the economics of such an investment.
